This is a one of a kind leadership training that will quantum leap the level of any leader.
It begins with an in-depth look at each participants current leadership habits, traits and unconscious patterns.
This process goes much deeper that the standard 360 type leadership evaluations.
About This Training
Each participant is asked to fill out a Leadership Evaluation Form
before the training to help the trainer identify their strengths,
weaknesses and unconscious patterns.
The exact structure of each participants strengths and weaknesses are elicited in detail.
A Unique Process
The modules of the training are then custom designed for the participants in the room.
The skills, abilities, beliefs, values, assumptions and unconscious structural patterns holding each participant back are pinpointed with precision.
New and more effective patterns are identified and offered to each participant, based on the evaluation of their current model of the world.
Round robin "UP TIME" sessions with the trainer allow him to interact with every single participant to help them empower their personal leadership structure.
